Amazing practice , welcoming and friendly and caring & understanding. Truly care about your pets and aren’t out to make a fortune out of you . Wish we had switched to them sooner . Highly recommend them !

Never been before, needed my dog PTS, and they were very accomodating, made a very sad event as nice as possible.for me and my daughter, and followed up with a card ❤️ amazing.

EDIT: We took the hard decision to put our boy to sleep last weekend and Mid Sussex were compassionate and kind during the process. I have nothing but praise for this business and the care they've given my dog over the past few years. From calling up to having had a consultation, urinalysis and medication prescribed was about 4 hours. My dog had the same issue a year ago with an identical consultation, urinalysis and resulting prescription - the cost at our previous vet was nearly double what I’ve been charged today by Mid Sussex Vets. Reception team + the vet were professional and friendly, will definitely be using them exclusively from now on. Lots of on-site parking and reception area is sparkling clean.

They are amazing - from reception crew to the vets, we're very happy with the service provided by Mid Sussex Vets. Welcoming environment, caring staff and knowledgable vets. Ellie looked after our pup during regular vaccinations and check ups and safe to say he loves going to the vets.

Amazing service, they made us feel welcomed and helped us through the passing of our guinea pig. They were very kind in helping us have him cremated and returned to us.

We have a nervous rescue dog and the team at Mid Sussex vets are amazing with her. They always take the time to slowly build up her confidence (lots of little biscuits), before going in for the examination. My dog actually wags her tail when she jumps out of the car and realises she's at the vets. They were also happy for us to pop in with our dog on days she didn't have an appointment, just so she could have a sniff round and get used to the waiting room. I would definitely recommend Mid Sussex vets.

Very good personal service. You feel your pet is being cared for in their hands. Only criticism is that they won’t deal directly with insurance companies unless pushed to do so.
