Professional and helpful throughout every stage of the process and their team are a testament to the brilliant leadership of the company. They’ve also built extensions for close friends of ours this year and the feedback from them all is exceptional.

Absolutely the best firm around. Our extension and house refurbishment look fantastic! They were very detailed during the planning and budgeting phase; the work finished on time and to a brilliant quality; everyone of the team were polite, tidy and professional; and the after care shows how much pride they take in their work. If we were ever to do this again, then I would go straight to Dan and not bother about a tender process.

With Dan on site (or ALWAYS available to contact) key collaborative elements such as communication between CL & client, project timelines, site management are taken care of and not something as a client you need to concern yourself with as Dan & his team (thank you Sally!) have it all in hand. Which to us, with 4 children, living in a rental nearby was essential. The standard of our finished product is outstanding and that is testament to the craftsmanship and care employed on site. We really couldn't have been happier with the work that Dan and the amazing team at Charles Linton did with our two-storey side extension, porch extension, garden landscaping and front steps redesign. From the very start they were great at communicating, always organised and easy to discuss the different design and material options with. They had plenty of solid advice but we never felt pressured into any decisions. During the 8 months of building work they were a absolute pleasure to have around, they were meticulous with their craftsmanship, and always tidied up after each day. When occasionally we wanted to make slight alterations to the design during the build they were always able to be adaptable and worked hard to help us find good solutions within our budget. Their core construction team are all highly skilled and work with an amazing attention to detail. For all of the external contractors they work with (for glazing/window frames/plastering/flooring etc) Dan has done well to pick trusted experts, ensuring that the finished product is to the high standards that Charles Linton maintain for all of their own work. Following the main renovation work Dan and the team have been excellent at following up on the inevitable snags and fine tuning that's to expected after such a large project. We're extremely pleased to have found Charles Linton, and would highly recommend them to anyone planning an important building or renovation project.

Charles Linton completed a substantial extension to our property. Their communications onsite & administration both verbal/written were clear & informative from start to finish. The work appears to have been completed to a high standard & we are very pleased with the finish overall. Many members of the public have commented on the excellent brickwork as they walk by! We were impressed with how tidy the work area was throughout the project & how efficiently the different tradesmen on site worked. There have been no issues with aftercare. Extremely reliable & trustworthy, would highly recommend.
