I really recommend this company they are very reliable, very dedicated people they did a great analysis. My house was flooded and they installed the right pump with the right pipes and they advised me what is the best way and they even helped me with even additional work, you know when they come here if you have any flooding or if you have any issue With your house specially with the Flooding , I really recommend these people. Basement Pumps have maintained 40 separate pumps across 8 residential houses in Clapham for 3 years now. We moved from our previous supplier (PPS) and have never looked back. Basement pumps offer a personal, responsive and effective service. Maintenance teams attend on time and work quickly. Engineers handling out of hours issues really do turn up at all hours. Can't recommend this company highly enough

After trying to unblock a main drain that was causing serious floods for our client, we could not drop the water level as a big build up of debris was stopping us from doing so, I called around several companies throughout the morning to just be messed around, as soon as I called basement pumps ltd they was out within an hour and over the past few months I’ve used them several times and they always come out to site within 2 hours sometimes within an hour, excellent service and very professional, friendly office and guys on the road always happy to help out and lend a hand to help get the job at hand done, I will continue to use this company as they are honest and straight to the point, with the eta’s always on time and rates really good, they have all machines for all different problems. Thanks for your help over these past few months appreciated.

Amazing service from Basement Pumps. Great communication from the start. Called Rick on the Wednesday and they came out to us only a few days later on the Saturday. They were on site on time at 7.30am and completed the job by 10am. Very polite and professional team. Would highly recommend them.

Rick and his team have been fantastic from day one. We initially had some teething issues with the installation as the install was done whilst the basement works were being undertaken and the commissioning was done a while later but Rick and his team sorted all issues out quickly and I have never looked back. Appointments are made easily by the office and the engineers alway call an hour or so ahead of arriving. The engineers are always courteous and leave the area as found. I would definitely recommend Basement Pumps.
